In your life, you probably stumbled across a quote from Ancient Greece:

“Know thyself.”

Although it might sound silly at first, it’s probably one of the most useful advices ever, if it encourages you to learn what does it mean to know yourself.

Like with anything in this life, you won’t be good at it if you don’t spend time practicing it. Repetition of positive actions leads to the mastering of any skill.

You can’t be good at your career if you don’t spend a minute studying for it, trying to create new challenges, and actively working on improving it.

Similarly, you cannot be good at the art of living if you don’t practice it actively.
